Staff Management:
• Procurement of all work including preparation of tender submissions.
• Management of staff and jobs within the civil and environmental teams.
• Co-ordinate workloads and supervise staff and monitor progress of jobs.

Contract Administration:
• For Local Authorities and Utility Service Companies for Utility Services Renewal and Augmentation Projects (stormwater drainage and watermain projects) with individual Contract Values in excess of $1M.
• For residential and commercial subdivisional land developments and road construction with individual Contract Values in excess of $4M for private sector.
• Preparation of Request for Expression of interest and Contract Documents.

• Cleanfill site located adjacent to a residential area.
• Domestic onsite wastewater disposal systems of up to 4.6 m3 daily discharge to a land disposal field.
• Land development potential investigation, assessment and reporting to the private sector.
• Hydrological neutrality design and reporting for predevelopment stormwater regime within a land development project.
Consent Preparation:
