Project Gallery: Rongomai Reserve - Flatbush

Stage Development comprising Sports Fields and Pavilion with associated Car Park and Access provisions. Services rendered included; Survey, Design, Consenting, Tender, Contract Administration and Project Management for a Bulk Earthworks to create new sports fields and conceptual works associated with the new Car Park and Access (bulk earthworks, car park and accessways, stormwater and wastewater drainage and utility reticulation to Pavilion Building).
Total Park area in excess of 11.214 ha comprising of soccer fields, softball nets and diamonds, car park and accessways and Pavilion building. Development works included Pavilion Building, lighting and an artificial field (in progress).
Sub-consultant engagements completed included; geotechnical investigation and reporting, lighting engineer for car park and sports field lighting and for assessment of works below HT power lines.
