CLC Consulting Group Limited is a medium sized multi-disciplinary land and property development consultancy offering Civil and Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, Resource Management Planning and Land Surveying services.
We work predominantly within the Auckland Council region but also have a variety of projects further afield throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Our core competency is in the management of land development projects taking raw land to finished buildings with all the infrastructure that goes with them. Our projects range from residential housing and Council asset renewal projects, such as public stormwater infrastructure, community facilities, car parking areas and sports fields (artificial and living turfs). This experience has allowed us to provide an all-encompassing service to our clients who include; developers (both big and small), territorial authorities, government organisations, local community groups and other professionals.
The diversity of our staff’s experience means that any project we undertake is normally handled in-house. Where work outside our field of expertise is needed we work closely with other professionals to provide the necessary expert advice. It is important to us that the client is equipped with knowledge of each component of a development to make informed decisions and the procedures required to complete their project.

· Resource Management – all resource consents for land use, subdivision and coastal consents including hearings and statutory planning – anything and everything that is Town Planning / Resource Management Act related;
· Construction Monitoring and Project Management;
· Land development feasibility reports.
In most projects there are many variables, including legal issues, construction constraints, and Territorial and Regional Council requirements. These can have a considerable influence on the sequence of the steps to complete a project. To be successful any project needs to be properly planned and managed to be delivered in a timely cost effective manner.
