Engineering Design:

  • Full design of sports facility (artificial Hockey field and Tennis courts to National Standards)

  • Geometric and structural design of new roading and road upgrading including District Arterial roads.
  • Subdivisional earthworks including underfill drainage, finish contouring and road layouts.
  • Utility services including stormwater, wastewater, and water supply reticulation.
  • Stormwater catchment analysis, flooding and overland flow assessments.
  • Residential wastewater pumping stations.
  • Stormwater treatment device designs e.g. wetland, pond, raingarden and sand filter.
  • Stormwater soakage systems e.g. shallow and deep bore systems.
  • On site domestic wastewater treatment systems.
  • Flooding modelling and assessments, overland flowpath design, building inundation protection.

Consent Preparation:

  • Preparation of Resource Consent Applications at Regional Authority and Local Authority level.
  • Erosion and Sediment Control.
  • Works in a Watercourse.
  • Stormwater Discharge.
  • Coastal Management Areas.
  • Industrial and Trade Process.
  • Land Use – Land Modification.

Consultation/Negotiation:

  • Direct client liaison from job briefing to final invoicing.
  • Liaison with Regional and Territorial Local Authority officers.
  • Liaison with Utility Network Suppliers.
  • Consultation and negotiation with Iwi groups and other affected party representatives.
  • Conflict resolution in relation to Contract Document
  • Right of entry and reinstatement release negotiations.

Engineering Drafting:

  • Roading design and detailing plans.
  • Residential and commercial subdivisional plan preparation.
  • Drainage and water supply design, and as-built plans
  • Structural detailing for commercial developments.

Engineering Fieldwork:

  • Percolation and constant head testing and site assessment for onsite stormwater and wastewater disposal.
  • Soil technician, hand auguring, borelog recording.
