A large dwelling with tennis court, swimming pool, standalone office building. Services rendered included Survey, Design, Consenting, Construction Monitoring and Project Management. Project works included regional and district plan consents for earthworks, stormwater and wastewater drainage. Specific requirements for detailed design for stormwater mitigation including grass swales, rain gardens and buried detention tank (modular cells). This included both primary and tertiary treatment of wastewater to the highest possible standards and use of a rotational dosed land irrigation disposal system. Structural design, calculations, construction inspections and Producers Statements (PS4) for landscape features, retaining walls and hard surfaces.
