Mission Bay Carpark

CLC provided end-to-end services for the Mission Bay Carpark project, delivering expertise across Land Surveying, Resource Management Planning, and Civil & Environmental Engineering.

Our involvement spanned the full project lifecycle — from initial site investigations through to detailed design, construction monitoring, and NZS3910 contract administration. 

A key part of the project was managing a complex resource consent process on a challenging site. This required addressing multiple constraints, including:

• Preparing a flood assessment for both carparks by comparing pre- and post-development run-off

• Navigating heritage and archaeological considerations associated with the Melanesian Mission

• Coordinating works adjacent to the coastal marine area

Through careful planning and collaboration, we ensured the project overcame these challenges and was delivered to a high standard with a seamless outcome.
