Stage Development comprising Sports Fields (active and passive recreational areas) with associated Car Park and Access provisions.

Services rendered included; Survey, Design, Consenting, Tender, Contract Administration and Project Management for Bulk Earthworks to create new sports fields and car park and access (bulk earthworks, car park and accessways, stormwater and wastewater drainage and utility reticulation to Pavilion Building).

The total Park area in excess of 8.27 ha and comprises of soccer fields and softball nets and diamonds. Development works included Pavilion Building, lighting and an artificial field (in progress).

Sub-consultant engagements completed included; geotechnical investigation and reporting, site contamination investigation and reporting, remedial action plan and site validation works, Arborist reporting.
