Stage Development comprising renewal of Sports Fields (Rugby, Cricket and Soccer) and construction of New Hockey Pitch and Tennis Courts.

Services rendered included; Survey, Design, Consenting, Tender, Contract Administration and Project Management (rugby and soccer fields, cricket oval and artificial wickets, cricket training nets, six new synthetic grass tennis courts and one high specification astroturf™ hockey field).
The total Park area is in excess of 11 ha.

Sub-consultant engagements completed included; geotechnical investigation and reporting, lighting engineer, Arborist reporting.
