Randwick Park, Manurewa. Development of two new car parks areas, 4 new sports fields, central walkway, hard-court surfaces (basket ball, tennis, volleyball and cricket nets) and provide support for a new Pavilion Building. Associated works included improved drainage and irrigation.

Services rendered included; Survey, Design, Consenting, Tender, Contract Administration and Project Management.

Sub-consultant engagements completed included; Geotechnical and Site Contamination investigation and reporting, Lighting/ Electrical Engineer, Traffic Engineer, Landscape Architect and Arborist reporting.
